Steel City Promotions Ltd Booking Policy.
Payment
Steel City Casino is a trading name of Steel City Promotions Ltd. Steel City Promotions Ltd reserves the right to charge a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total event costs, which should be sent to Steel City Promotions Ltd office together with a signed contract on booking an event. No booking is confirmed and guaranteed until a signed contract has been returned and Steel City Promotions Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking if contracts are not returned prior to the event. The outstanding balance will be payable 7 days after the event unless otherwise agreed and set out in the terms and conditions of contract.
All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery, setup, collection and event staff where required. VAT will be added to the final cost. Please note that Steel City Promotions Ltd operate a £100 minimum order charge. Event durations will be clearly stated in all booking contracts. Additional hours will be charged at a rate agreed with Steel City Promotions Ltd prior to the event. Additional charges may be applied to events with special load in/ load out requirements. Additional staff members required for load in to venues with access perceived to be unreasonable by Steel City Promotions Ltd will be charged at an additional hourly rate. All additional charges will be agreed prior to the event and set out in the booking contract.
Delivery/ Collection
Delivery and collection are included in the price stated on the booking contract. Any additional costs associated with delivery or collection, i.e. overnight accommodation will be clearly outlined in the booking contract and agreed with Steel City Promotions Ltd prior to the event.
Cancelation Policy
For all events cancelled within 28 days of the event date, clients will be liable to pay 50% of the contract price. For all events cancelled within 14 days of the event date, clients will be liable to pay 100% of the contract price. Steel City Promotions Ltd reserves the right to offer a credit note for future bookings at their discretion, and where they see fit.
